Refunds and cancellation

How to cancel a SKUantify subscription, and when we refund a payment.

Last updated 5 October 2026

Who you pay

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles tax, and the charge appears on your statement as Paddle. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paddle.

Try before you pay

Every new business starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product, without a card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: sign in at app.skuantify.com/plan and use Manage billing, or write to info@skuantify.com.

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
  • When it ends, nothing is deleted. The business becomes read-only — every record can still be viewed and exported — and picks up where it stopped if you subscribe again.

When we refund

  • Monthly plans: we do not refund the unused part of a month. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
  • Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of a yearly payment and we refund it in full. After 14 days the year runs to its end and is not renewed if you cancel.
  • Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference whenever you tell us.

Changing plan

Moving to a bigger plan charges only the difference for the rest of the current period, with the unused part of the old plan credited. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from the change, with any unused amount credited towards later payments rather than paid out. Paddle shows the exact figures before you confirm.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@skuantify.com from the email address on the payment, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. We reply within 5 working days. Once a refund is approved it usually reaches your card or account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live, or under Paddle’s buyer terms, which apply to every purchase. Assisted-setup work is agreed and invoiced separately, and is covered by the agreement for that work.
